Position Summary
We are seeking a Specialist Manufacturing to provide technical and operational support to manufacturing processes, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production operations. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate process performance, support troubleshooting activities, implement process improvements, and contribute to manufacturing projects and new product introductions (NPI).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily manufacturing floor support and monitor process performance through direct observation and review of operational metrics and performance data.
- Initiate, revise, review, and approve manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and provide timely technical support to maintain production continuity.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by assessing documentation, material, training, and operational requirements.
- Support manufacturing change management activities and assist process owners with CCRB packages impacting manufacturing operations.
- Participate in the assessment or implementation of special projects or initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze manufacturing data and trending information to support process monitoring and decision-making.
- Collaborate with production personnel, quality, engineering, validation, and supply chain teams to resolve process-related challenges.
One of the following combinations of education and experience is required:
- Doctorate Degree in a scientific or engineering field, OR
- Master’s Degree with 2+ years of Manufacturing Operations experience, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of Manufacturing Operations experience
