Position Summary
The Sr Associate Manufacturing Systems is responsible for supporting manufacturing and packaging systems by managing recipe configuration, automation parameter assessments, and system administration activities. The role ensures manufacturing equipment operates efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with operational and quality requirements. The incumbent will provide technical support for packaging equipment recipes, evaluate automation parameters, and maintain Systech system functionality to support production objectives.

Position Summary
The Sr Associate Manufacturing Systems is responsible for supporting manufacturing and packaging systems by managing recipe configuration, automation parameter assessments, and system administration activities. The role ensures manufacturing equipment operates efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with operational and quality requirements. The incumbent will provide technical support for packaging equipment recipes, evaluate automation parameters, and maintain Systech system functionality to support production objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, configure, update, and maintain recipes for packaging equipment in accordance with approved manufacturing and operational requirements.
- Experience in automation assessment to determine the correct parameter for the recipe and experience in Systech System
- Support implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of manufacturing and packaging systems.
- Administer and support Systech systems, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with site procedures.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Automation teams to support production schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Execute system configuration, verification, and validation activities as required.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
- Provide technical support during scheduled and non-scheduled manufacturing activities, including support during non-business windows when required.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Master's degree OR
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Engineering experience
- Experience with recipe creation, entry, and maintenance for packaging equipment.
- Experience performing automation assessments and determining appropriate process parameters for manufacturing recipes.
- Hands-on experience supporting and administering Systech systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, packaging, and automation environments.
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing systems and equipment-related software issues.
- Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and documentation practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Most of the time, the schedule is on the first shift starting at 6:00 a.m.; however, depending on the non-business windows, support may be required on the second shift.
