Its services include the assessment and validation of automation equipment, network infrastructures and business processes, as well as the project management involved.
Position Overview The Senior Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting engineering activities related to parenteral products, device assembly, and packaging operation. Provides and/or directs the characterization of process optimization strategies and/or troubleshooting of operational issues in the operations, manufacturing, pilot plant or capital projects environment. Apply advanced and diverse engineering principles to the design and implementation of major system modifications, experiments, process and/or capital projects. Develops, organizes, analyzes and presents interpretation of results for operational issues or engineering projects of significant scope and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects and initiatives to support manufacturing operations, focusing on parenteral products, device assembly, and packaging processes.
Provide technical expertise in the design, validation, and optimization of manufacturing systems, including vision systems.
Troubleshoot complex engineering issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality systems.
Support process validation activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D to drive product and process improvements.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
Support new product introductions and technology transfers into manufacturing.
Qualifications
Doctorate in Engineering; OR
Master’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience; OR
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
Experience working with parenteral (sterile) products.
Knowledge of vision systems and automated manufacturing technologies.
Experience in device assembly and packaging processes.
