Position Summary The Project Manager lead the MES Syncade Upgrade project, upgrading hardware and software to an Enterprise Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The role includes coordination of software migration, validation, and implementation across sterile and non-sterile manufacturing areas, including support for new product introductions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical meetings with stakeholders and Syncade software developers
Coordinate system integration windows with impacted manufacturing areas and supply chain
Develop C&Q RFPs for MES/software activities
Manage software integration, migration, and validation
Lead C&Q implementation activities related to MES
Manage and maintain RFI, submittal, and change order logs
Lead and manage the change control process
Develop, track, and update project cash flow
Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule
Ensure compliance with GMP, validation, and data integrity requirements
Coordinate cutover activities and support business continuity
Prepare regular project updates and risk assessments
Support additional digital or automation projects as required
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Project Management experience, preferably in Pharma or Life Sciences
Proven experience with MES implementations, preferably Syncade
Strong understanding of system validation and C&Q
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and operations teams
Strong financial, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
