Sr Associate Manufacturing Systems - 35046

Position Summary  
The Sr. Associate Manufacturing Systems will provide technical engineering support on all system/equipment optimization strategies, upgrades, replacements, and modifications and ensure that all of the maintenance team operations and activities are maintained in compliance with respect to current corporate policies, industry standards, regulatory standards and FDA standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain automation, controls, and vision systems used in manufacturing operations.
  • Diagnose and repair issues related to Rockwell PLC systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and adjustments for Cognex Vision Systems.
  • Support and maintain Systech Vision Systems, including diagnostic and adjustment activities.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with cGMP and company quality standards.
  • Document system interventions, adjustments, and troubleshooting activities following internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams in support of equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and system reliability.
Technical Knowledge
  • PLC systems troubleshooting — Rockwell preferred
  • Vision systems troubleshooting and adjustment — Cognex
  • Working knowledge of cGMP requirements
  • Troubleshooting and adjustments of Systech Vision Systems
  • Basic knowledge of control systems hardware
Qualifications
  • Candidates must meet one of the following education/experience combinations:
    • Master’s degree, OR
    • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of Engineering experience
  • Shift Requirement: May be assigned to any shift (A, B, C, or D). Must be available for 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM and/or 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM.
