mirus Consulting Group is a local company based in Humacao, Puerto Rico that provides computer system validation and information technology consulting services to pharmaceutical companies and other organizations across the Island and parts of the United States. Its services include the assessment and validation of automation equipment, network infrastructures and business processes, as well as the involved project management.
Responsibilities:
Upgrade the Process Automation System (PAS) with applicable and supported hardware and software products with supporting Window Operating System, (OS). Including replacement of Obsoleted VFD related to PAS control stations and Formulation portable tank Scale upgrade. Include change control and qualification service.
Requirements:
- BS or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or related discipline.
- Background in pharmaceutical products manufacturing environment special in packaging area on BMS Manati.
- Experience in Commissioning and Qualification on BMS Manati.
- Experience in Change Control Development in Infiniti System
- Strong knowledge of cGMPs regulations.
- Good skills writing general documentation in English and using MS Office applications.
- Bilingual (both English/Spanish)
- Experience in Computer System Validation in BMS Manati.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ALM, INFINITY AND BMSDOCS.
- Resources must have experience in qualification of Process Automation System, working in BMS facilities and have minimum 5 years of experience in Validation.
- The resource must lead the validation process and have experience to perform this task.
