2. Scope of Work
The IT Specialist/Technician will be responsible for the following:
Replacing, installing, and configuring computers, including hardware and software setup.
Ensuring proper integration with the existing IT infrastructure.
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Managing user accounts and access within Active Directory.
Connecting and configuring systems within an Ethernet network environment.
Performing computer hardware repairs and maintenance as needed.
3. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
Experience with Ethernet networks, computer hardware, and troubleshooting.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education in Information Technology (IT) or Information Systems (IS) or a related field (preferred).
Experience working in a regulated industry (preferred).
4. Work Location & Requirements
The IT Specialist/Technician must be on-site.
Availability for standard business hours and occasional after-hours work if required.
